The Graham Anti Meth Coalition (now known as Graham County Substance Abuse Coalition) began as a Cross System Substance Abuse Coalition in 2003 with 5 members. The primary reason for establishing the Coalition was to address the growing methamphetamine problem in Graham County. During the past 7 years, the Coalition has increased membership to 30 members.
