Public Notice Rural Area Program (5311)-San Carlos Nnee Bich'o Nii Apache Transit Services Open Public Meetings are scheduled for: Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at our Peridot Office And Friday, January 31, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at our Bylas Office Public Notice is hereby made that the San Carlos Nnee Bich'o Nii Apache Transit Services is applying for federal financial assistance to provide public transportation services as follows: Fixed routes, door-to-door and Non-emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services for October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2022 to continue operating public transit services for the Gila, Graham and Pinal Counties. Public Notice is further made that the Nnee Bich'o Nii Apache Transit Services is also applying for federal financial assistance to provide operations and administrative dollars that will be used to provide public transportation service for the fixed route, door-to-door and NEMT services for the Gila, Graham and Pinal Counties. The Transportation services will be available to the general public during all hours of operation. The project is expected to be financed by Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) Section 5311 Rural Program public transportation funds, with additional funds to be provided from the departmental in-kind income. The total federal share for administrative, operating and capital projects is expected to be $2.1 million dollars. The San Carlos Nnee Bich'o Nii Apache Transit Services ensures that the level and quality of transportation services is provided without regard to race, color or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
